The start up would like to test the product, pricing, and market through an exclusive pop up second quarter 2025 March- May in Zurich, Switzerland prior to full store launch in fourth quarter of 2025. The start up will offer a unique blend of luxurious, accessable Michelin-style cakes and pastries inspired by connection to environment using sustainable and high-quality ingredients.
Position Title:
Pastry Operations Manager / Head Pastry Chef (Market Test & Startup Phase)
You are passionate about pastry, with a deep understanding of both classic and modern pastry techniques.You are an innovator who thrives on new challenges and is excited to be part of a growing brand with international aspirations. Agile Pastry Operations Manager (or Production Manager) who can execute popup production plan during market test and help scale the production while maintaining quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand’s high standards. This role requires a blend of technical pastry skills, leadership, operational expertise, and flexibility to work with both the owner team and external stakeholders (such as luxury brands). The role also needs to support strategic vision for the future, particularly Michelin-style pastry shop and international market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily baking operations, ensuring the production of high-quality luxury pastries.Ensure all recipes and production methods.
Develop and maintain a daily production schedule, adjusting to customer demand shifts, staff availability, and product testing.
Ensure compliance with Swiss health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards, food storage, and proper handling of raw materials.Implement and monitor product quality control procedures at all stages of production, from raw materials to finished product. Perform regular checks on ingredient quality, batch consistency, and end-product presentation.
