Tsugi is a micro-bakery located in the heart of Zurich, where we craft exceptional bread and pastries to the highest standards. Using mostly organic ingredients, we’re dedicated to achieving the best quality in all of our products.
Our shop in Kreis 4 also serves as a cozy café, offering a welcoming space where customers can enjoy our coffee and baked goods. At Tsugi Bakery, we’re looking for an experienced and professional baker who shares our passion and commitment to the craft of bread and pastry.
We are looking for someone who:
– Understands sourdough and the natural levain fermentation process
– Has solid experience with lamination and pastry making
– Is highly organized and maintains a clean workspace
– Works well in a team
– Brings a positive and supportive attitude
